- Andrea has spent over 25 years of her career in the field of Organizational and Leadership Development, working with global organizations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 250 companies. Passionate about leadership development, Andrea has advised, coached, and developed individuals and organizations alike-- utilizing a variety of leadership tools, coaching and training. She has advised others to leadership aspiration from all walks of life, as well as facilitating development workshops with large groups in a variety of industries. Her mission today is to inspire and coach as many as possible on the value of having leadership skills, no matter what phase of your career or your path in life. Andrea has a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Loyola University, Chicago, a Bachelors from Augustana College, and is a certified SPHR, SHRM-SCP.
